How to WAKE UP Your Glutes (DO THIS EVERY DAY!)
it’s MAXIMILIAN 🤟🏽🍫 back with another video and today i’m dropping A FULL CALISTHENICS PROGRAM to help you gain muscle, gain strength, and loose fat. A full day-to-day program that will take you through the whole week.
We will be structuring this program with an emphasis on form, reps and sets, and skills. If you find that these workouts are too difficult for you, decrease the reps, increase rest time, or use resistance bands. You can also do easier progressions so if you can’t do pull ups or assisted pull ups, do negative pull ups instead. Same goes for push ups and any other exercise.

Make sure to be in a high protein caloric surplus diet if you want to gain muscle, and an ideally low-carb caloric deficit if you want to loose weight and burn fat.
Make sure to be consistent and focus on the little things if you want to see results. Sleep well, hydrate, and stretch and you’ll be ready to change your body for the better!!!
