This 15 min WARM UP WORKOUT is sooo fun ♡ What better way than starting your workout with a fun latin dance to get your entire body warmed up? My mom requested this video because she wanted to have more fun while working out so this one is dedicated to her in honour of the upcoming mother’s day!
I hope you have much fun as I did making this warm up workout! These are some of my fave latin songs! And remember to just have fun while you’re doing this, there’s no right way to dance, you do you and enjoy yourself ♡
This workout is beginner friendly, low impact and of course super fun hehe! Do it with your family if you live with them or hop on a zoom call to do it all together so we can all stay active !!!
